Went in for a battery replacement for a tag heuer and Zach was super fast and extremely knowledgeable. Prices are more than reasonable and service is great!Glad I could have my watch serviced here instead of taking it back to manufacturer and waiting 5 weeks for it to be sent away.

Took my Glycine Airman in for a service as it was losing 40 seconds per day, something I couldn’t tolerate! After a service and regulation for $420 it is 3 seconds fast per day, much better!! Thanks guys!

Went in to see if Hugh could somehow fix my 4 year old tag carrera that was losing a minute a day and the reserve had dropped from 42hr to about 7hr. He took it for about 1hr and rang me right back with a decent price and date of delivery. I now have my watch back on time and with complimentary bracket springs. If your looking for a service or fix on your high end watches then Hugh and the team are your people you wanna deal with.

The team at Swiss certified watch repairs are exceptional. Professional, thorough, efficient and friendly.I had a watch which I was informed by a previous watchmaker that they could only take a certain amount of links out.Upon visiting the team they were able to completely restore and resize the watch band.I was provided with a complementary assessment and quote. They are also very reasonable priced.I walked in and the job was completed in less then 3 hours.Can not recommend the team enough!
