Very happy with the customer service and experience. For a very reasonable price he reinstalled the bezel lock on a Yema Superman (requiring removal of the crown, so not something to try at home). He also regulated the movement with a dramatic increase in accuracy per day.

Brought in my humble watch for crystal replacement way back when I was a student. I have Glen’s full attention as a customer despite my relatively insignificant watch (it is to me tho). It costs $40 at the time and it worth every cent. Explained everything that he has done, that replacement caused clearance issues and such and his way around them. Eventually I consider the repair is actually better than how the watch was. To top that inspect another watch of mine all free. Great guy

I known Glenn previously with Rosendorf, and nothing changes. Excellent attention to detail and service for your high end wrist watch, as well as pricing. Previously I have to sent mine to Melbourne and get stuff with freight and insurance.

What fantastic service. I went in with my old Seiko watch (23years old) that means the world to me for a battery change. It had been in my draw for 6 years catching dust and unknown to me the battery had leaked causing some serious problems. Not a problem for this watchmaker. He was able to fix all the damage to my watch, replace the battery and provide water test for a very reasonable price. Ten out of Ten for his workmanship, service and ability to explain all the processes required. I truely recommend Watch Wise, absolutely fantastic.

I went to Watch Wise with my Grandfather's non operational Seiko (1969) with low expectations as it had never been serviced since he purchased it. It was taken with a promise of being ready 4 weeks later. Only 2 weeks later I received a text message confirming it was ready to collect. It is now running smoothly and looks fantastic. Would recommend.

This is the place to go for all Rolex lovers. Had a pleasure of meeting Glen over 15 years ago when he was young lad at Rosendorf service dept. Ever since then he’s go to guy for all watch needs. Tremendous experience, knowledge and integrity. Customer’s interest is top priority. Word is out so they’re getting pretty busy but it’s worth the wait to get your piece properly serviced and looked after. Well done!

It’s always been pleasure to deal with Glenn. I found him extremely knowledgeable for Swiss made mechanical watches. I also like his honesty & if your timepiece doesn’t need the service you may think it would he will advise not to. Finally, I found his fee fair & reasonable. Overall, highly recommended.
